清明节
I believe it is much obvious that most family are going to temples or graves to pay respect to their ancestors. To me, I have a huge family. And most of them had left (I just lost my great-grandmother 2 weeks ago). I know death is part and parcel of life. Everyone will have to leave this world to the new world one day. Yes, these days, my family and I are busy folding all these as shown in the pics. To the oldies, by folding them, the "exchange rates" at their world will be higher than you just burnt it after you bought. And by writing their names, they will get it and no one will "snatch" from them. How true is it, no one knows. But well, just do our part. (:

FYI, I will always dream of those who left. They somehow will send the dreams to me and not others. &I have to convey the message to my parents or grandma. Should I count myself lucky for that? (:

After knowing about the snatching part, I actually wrote my grandfather's name "林均成" onto every single piece. I hope that he can get every single pieces and no one will snatch from him. I didn't got the chance to treat him well as he passed away when I was only 4 and I hope by doing all these can be a replacement? (:
Tomorrow will be going to other temples.
P.S. Cold war with my mom. Grrrr....

xoxo,
JANICE
